- The cottage is in the centre of the peninsula on Seacombe Road. It has no ocean views but it is only a 6 minutes walk to the beach.
- The lounge is a good size with seating for 6. There is a widescreen colour TV with both Freeview and Freesat and
a DVD player.
- There is a separate dining room with a dining table for 6.
- The separate kitchen is well equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
- The downstairs has a cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
- Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and limited storage space. There is an en-suite shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.
- Bedroom 2 has 2 full-size single beds and a large amount of storage space with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 3 has 2 full size bunk beds, one above the other, and
a wardrobe.
- The family bathroom is off the hallway and has a full-size bath, shower, WC and basin.
- The cottage has full central heating. All linen is provided including beach towels. The cottage is cleaned before you arrive and the beds are all made up with fresh linen.
- Broadband is included in the price.
- The cottage is totally non smoking.
